We are a practice based in Rotherham providing healthcare services to the local community. We also provide a variety of health promotion services.
In the month of March 2025 62 appointments were missed at this practice This equates to 16 hours wasted time. Please let your GP practice or clinic know if you no longer need your appointment so someone else can use it. We have introduced a new appointment reminder system which also allows patients to cancel their appointments and this seems to have had a positive impact on our did not attend rates. We thank our patients that are using this service.

Every missed appointment costs the NHS money. If you are unable to attend an appointment it is vital you contact the surgery to cancel the appointment to make it available for another patient. If you fail to attend an appointment, or the GP surgery is notified less than 30 minutes before the appointment time, this will be registered as a DNA or did not attend/failed to attend. Cancellations notified with less than 30 minutes warning will lead to an appointment slot not being used and a waste of GP resources.
Our practice is inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure we are meeting essential standards of quality and safety.
