Doctor's Appointment. Keep it or cancel it. Don't waste it! 

Please let your GP practice or clinic know if you no longer need your appointment so someone else can use it. 

In the month of March 2024  69  appointments were missed at this practice

That's 18½ hours!!!

Thank you to all our patients who have cancelled their appointments giving other patients the opportunity to be seen.

As we continually experience such a high rate of non attendance, we have made the decision to change the message sent out to patients when an appointment is missed. This message reads

We note you had an appointment at the practice. We are disappointed to see you have failed to cancel it. Failure to miss 3 appointments in a 12 month period may result is us giving you notice to find a new gp.

We will continually monitor this.

Please help us by cancelling an appointment that you can not attend so that we can offer it to someone else
