Very little wait time once at the surgery. Good communication from surgery throughout in order to find a suitable appointment time in the constraints of Nurse’s surgery hours/days. Loved how the Nurse was very thorough in preparation for the appointment and talked me through the website regarding travel advice. She took the time to research about a medical condition on my record that didn’t have much detail. Gave me advice on what vaccines to have, check my wellbeing while administering them, and suggested steps to minimise DVTs during long haul flights.
Very efficient reception. Kept up to date with txt reminders and doctor put me at ease. Assistant also pleasant and efficient. Fully explained the procedure. No issues at all. Very satisfied.

My dr and nurse kept me super calm throughout my surgery I really like my dr calm speaking understanding and really makes art work out of stitches :)

Given appt quickly after sfternoon phone call
The Receptionist was lovely sorting out I needed to see a doctor. I saw Dr Halim who was very kind and listened patiently to my problem and then explained how he could help me. He suggested Counselling and gave me the link to talk and also prescribed tablets. He asked me to come back in a month. I am so pleased to be getting answers to a long standing problem
