Good service all time
Booking the appointment was easy and I got the day that was convenient for me. I was attended to and on time by nurse Panveen Mountain who was very nice, polite, professional and knowledgeable.
The entire thing went impressively well, from the organisation and prep work to the friendly team. It is by far the best experience I’ve had at the surgery for a very long time, thank you!

Excellent service from booking my appointment.Your receptionist were very helpful and I was not waiting long to see your nurse.I always find if I want an appointment I am seen straight away.

I rang in the morning and was seen by a gp in the afternoon
Reception very pleasant and helpful. Nurse gave injections on her dinnertime as I had been caught in long lines of traffic so I was late.
Had my covid jab no problems very professional
I wasn't waiting long and the doctor lady I saw was very helpfull

The Doctor who rang me was really nice, I felt I could speak to him, he called me by my first name and he reassured me.
I was early as I don’t like been late and I was called in before time so was happy I didn’t have to wait
My appointment was on time and all the staff are excellent at doing there jobs.
They gave me an appointment quickly when I needed it and have been very good with follow up appointments.
Had an appointment to have 2 moles removed at the surgery no issues very efficient and I didn't feel a thing lol
I was seen quicker than I thought and she was very good with me 🙃
I am always pleased from having my appointment booked with your very polite and attentive receptionist and put at ease with having my bloods taken by the nurse.Never seem to be waiting very long either in the surgery.
