Got an emergency same day appointment and only had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time
Service ok
Appointment was on time, didn't have to wait.
Doctor checked up thoroughly and prescribed medication.
On time and doctor listened to everything I had to say and trying to get me sorted straight away

The doctor gave me some helpful, understanding and gave me some good advice.
I made my appointment on-line in advance due to wanting to see a certain doctor. That was easy to do. Appointment was on time.
The Last few months all round have got better and better
Informative. And reassuring. And good answers to anything I asked.
When I arrived I booked in a little early I might add because I had to speak to receptionist on another matter which was sorted without issue. My appointment with the nurse on time, she was polite and very very professional. What more can one ask for. Overall very good.

Prompt, courteous and very effective. The admin staff arranged the visit in a timely manner and both the GP and Practice Nurse went out of their way to help me.
I saw a doctor and a nurse both of whom were really helpful and answered my queries. I am able to talk to both members of staff and know they will do everything to help me even though I am an old person.
