Our Mental Health Triage Coach offers 20 minute appointments and can help you self manage your symptoms, care navigate you to the most suitable place or book you with one of our own Mental Health Practitioners

You've identified that speaking to someone at your GP practice may help your mental health and well-being. You can use the NHS app or call your GP surgery for an appointment with Whitney our Mental Health Triage Coach.
Mental Health Triage Coach
The Mental Health Triage Coach offers 20 minute appointments and can help you self manage your symptoms, care navigate you to the most suitable place or book you in with one of our Mental Health Practictioners
Care Navigation
Based on your mental health needs and requirements if further support is required, you may be offered an appointment with our Mental Health Practitioners who can aid further. You may also be referred to other services who can help such as your GP, Rotherham Rise, ROADS and Social Prescribing.
Mental Health Practitioners
Our Mental Health Practitioners offer multiple 30 minute appointments and can use talking therapies to support patients on a wide range of topics and issues. They can provide tools and techniques to help manage symptoms and support people who are experiencing the psychological effects of managing long-term conditions.

If you feel you need further support you can book back in with our Mental Health Practitioners.
You can also access the NHS Talking Therapies service via self-referral on the NHS website or via a GP.
